Are you joining Sunday?

Hi ,
All relationship problems are really communication problems. And, it's normal to be afraid of rejection and abandonment. It's also normal to fear commitment when you're used to not feeling accepted for who you are by others. But when you learn how to communicate and build the courage to speak honestly about how you feel and what you want, the game changes. When you learn to ask the questions that scare you and listen to the answers that are hard to hear, you become a secure person in relationship. Some communication examples:Dating:"If we're going to continue to sleep together, I need exclusivity and for us to be progressing towards a relationship.""I really like you and would love to explore something more with you. What do you think?""I think you're amazing, but we want different things. I want a relationship that grows and progresses. I don't want to be in something casual."Relationship:"hmm. You're reactive right now. Do you want to talk about it?""I'm sorry I was so reactive, I'm going to reflect on why I got so triggered. Can we talk about it?""I'm feeling like we're a bit disconnected lately, can we have some time together today to reconnect?"Learning to communicate by leading with honesty, vulnerability and love is a HUGE part of overcoming relationship anxiety and all attachment wounds. This is part of what you'll learn (among many other things) on Sunday in my live, virtual event. Come live or watch the recording. Simply put, it might be the best workshop you ever attended.Last call to get a ticket - be sure to read all the details!!Learn more HERE.To becoming much better communicators.Jillian
