Writing my very first book was a true labor of love.
I wrote
It Begins With You
to empower people to choose themselves, to choose communication, and to choose self-awareness. Helping people heal and move toward the lives and love they deserve is my life’s work — and I truly put every ounce of myself into writing these pages.
I’ve started an
Ambassador Program
for my closest community members — and it includes early access to the first chapter of my book for anyone who pre-orders.

The Conscious Woman community, you will get something extra: I want to invite you to an intimate virtual gathering for Conscious Woman members only on Sunday, December 22nd at 1:00pm ET to discuss the first chapter.
More than a book club, I’ll read from that first chapter, dive deep into information that didn’t make the final cut, take questions, and share my own personal stories.
So much of what I put into this book came to me from my years of coaching and teaching — but also from our conversations. I want to give something back to this group that means so much to me — and most of all, I want to continue talking with you.
