Energy is power.

The only way to transform a relationship is to shift your internal landscape.

I speak to intimate relationships because there is no other area in our life that has the ability to make or break us: to bring us intense joy and excitement, or overwhelming stress and heartbreak. Even if it’s a low-grade worry that operates like a virus you can’t shake – trust me, that IS stress that is overwhelming your system. But make no mistake:  you can apply everything I share to any relationship in your life. You can also reflect on your past loves, on the love you day dream about who is not yet in your life, and you can share whatever insights you have with a friend.

You, me, all of us, MUST be able to generate our own energy.

One of the greatest skills you can master in the game of life is the ability to inspire yourself.

What the hell do I mean? Let’s imagine you are feeling pretty uninspired right now. Maybe it’s your job, your connection or lack thereof with your lover or spouse, or anything else that is keeping you tired and blah. (I’m not talking about sickness here, in which case you might be very rightfully tired). You’re waiting for someone or something big to happen that will jolt you out of your hypnosis. If this is happening, you are suffering from a case of the ‘I don’t have resources’ blues. But it is all BS, because your biggest resource is your body.

Our bodies are the most expressive instruments on the planet.

Some of you may need to take a massive step forward in the form of running, some of you may need to be more gentle and practice breathing exercises every morning just to melt excess tension away. Either way, you must make a radical shift in your physiology.

The life of any relationship is in direct proportion to how alive each person feels.

You want more aliveness in your relationship? Then you must become more alive IN IT. This is what it means to be emotionally fit.

I could right a book on this. And I will. But for today, I want to give you a heads up that I will be doing a Facebook Live tonight at 830pm. Warning: I’ve got no savvy on the technology front, so get ready to laugh AT me as I ask my friend (entrepreneur genius Aly Bloom) if it’s recording, if I’m looking at the camera, if the lighting is ok while I’m filming. But who cares, right? The topic: “How your STATE is affecting your relationship and what to do about it”. A little hint  - morning ritual will be discussed.  But here is my offer to you: If you can’t make it live, (or even if you can) please email me any question you have on this topic, and I will answer it live! PLEASE don’t hesitate. I LOVE to answer your questions, and trust me it really helps others. (to email, just respond to this newsletter at

. )

If we’re not friends on FB, you can still watch, or friend me.:) And check out my FB live from last week on my page. The topic was: “3 questions you must ask yourself before you decide to end a relationship”.

Here’s to waking ourselves up.

All my love,

Jillian
