ever been heartbroken? Listen to this podcast

OK, you’ve asked for the story….
Full disclosure: My friend and coach interviewed me for her podcast. She asked kickass questions and with great finesse, got me to open up to her about my story WHILE SHE RECORDED IT.
I’m a private person. I have secrets. I’ve been told I take some time to open up, and people who don’t know me well are always surprised I’m funny. Or that I am from NYC – until they see me flip the finger (often) to a car that cuts me off while I’m crossing the street. But I do have a strong belief: I believe happiness = meaning. I need to share whatever tools I’ve learned about life and survival because if what I say helps you just a tiny bit, then my life has meaning.
For those of you who came to our sold-out Uplift event last week, first I must say, thank you. Thank you for listening to me ramble, and thank you for being cool enough to stand up while I did so. In case you missed the live event, I will be posting the recording on my site by the end of the week.
If you’ve ever been heartbroken, if life has ever dealt you a shitty hand, give this interview a whirl. I get super personal. Yikes. Here:
You should know this first:
Anna is the one who found me the day after my world fell apart. She’s the reason I became a coach, having led me to my mentors Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes. She’s cool as f*ck and is an incredible life and career coach.
If the interview doesn’t do it for you, be sure to listen to the last couple of minutes, k?
I suggest subscribing to her podcast because it’s free and you can listen to a bunch of her interviews on your iphone while in transit or something. :)
I’ve got another goody for you.
My main man Tony Robbins is coming to Jersey (near nyc) this July. Now if you’re thinking, “no way that dude is an oaf with big teeth, not interested” then you can skip this part OR read it for shits and giggles.
I can get you in for over 50 percent OFF
. Yup, I’m connected. But first, let me tell you about what the hell it is.
Here’s the introvert (ish)experience:
You walk briskly into a stadium about to be filled with about 6 -10,000 people from over 100 different countries.
Your heart beats excessively partially due to excitement, but mostly you are completely overwhelmed and are searching for the ‘EXIT’ signs so you can plan your escape.
The music starts playing at an alarming volume and you want to shoot yourself for not bringing earplugs.
The moment he gets on stage, his energy is so fucking big you want to die again.
You reluctantly stand up as your told, and tears start to well up because everyone is going fucking nuts with excitement around you and all you can think is that you feel alone and isolated in an extrovert’s world.
You want to die. Again.
You hate everyone because they are nerds and followers and you are not.
You tell yourself to stay because you spent the money, and you don’t want to let your friend down who dragged you there and deep down you know to give things a chance.
5-6 hours in:
You’re thinking, “maybe there’s something to this… I mean everything he says is speaking to me, and I’ve already cried 10 times and have laughed a bunch so maybe this is a good mental detox…oh and everyone is being so nice and open…I didn’t know people could be so supportive….my faith in humanity is growing..”
12 hours in:
“ OMFG I JUST WALKED ON FUCKING FIRE AND FELT NOTHING”
Day 2:
Transformed.
Here’s the extrovert (ish) experience:
“HELL YES BRING IT I FEEL SO ALIVE I LOVE EVERYONE GIVE ME MORE I’M GOING TO CHANGE THE FUCKING WORLD”.
If you're interested in hearing more about it and the insanely cheap prices, you have to contact my friend Jeremy. He’s the
